About You… You’re passionate about brands and the stories they tell, with a creative and strategic mindset that thrives on shaping brand identities. You have a proven track record of developing and delivering successful brand strategies, and you’re excited about driving the growth of a brand that’s distinctly Welsh, resonating with local communities. This role requires a strategic and creative thinker with a keen understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour, and experience using insights and data tracking to inform marketing strategy and optimise brand performance. You thrive in a collaborative environment and can work cross-functionally to ensure the brand’s voice is consistently present across all customer touchpoints. With a deep understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour, you leverage data and insights to inform your decisions, optimising brand performance and keeping it relevant in an evolving marketplace. In terms of skills/attributes, we’re looking for: Proven experience in managing and executing brand strategies across B2C and B2B audiences. Strong communication skills with experience crafting engaging content for diverse audiences. Experience managing external agencies, including creative and digital teams. Strong analytical skills using data and insights to track brand performance and optimise strategies. Knowledge of content strategy, social media, and digital marketing platforms. Ability to manage multiple projects, keeping a clear focus on priorities and deadlines. Event and partnership management experience to drive brand awareness and engagement. The ability to speak, read and write Welsh would be a big plus, especially with knowledge of the South Wales area (though this isn’t essential for applicants). What you’ll be doing… As Brand Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and elevating our Ogi and Ogi Pro brand identity, equity, and consideration across all stakeholder markets. You’ll lead the development and implementation of brand strategies that enhance visibility, credibility, and trust while overseeing campaigns that strengthen perception and loyalty. You’ll develop and execute a coherent and creative content marketing approach, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand message across all channels. With a focus on customer engagement, you’ll oversee the end-to-end customer journey, driving awareness and building meaningful connections with both B2C and B2B audiences. Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness and equity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Leading creative direction for content and overseeing design, tone, and messaging to ensure quality and alignment with brand values. Overseeing content strategy, production, and social media management, driving awareness and engagement. Managing brand reputation and ensuring proactive positioning across both traditional and digital channels. Building partnerships and sponsorships to support key brand initiatives and boost visibility. Collaborating cross-functionally with teams to ensure brand strategy integrates with marketing, sales, and product teams. Using data and analytics to track and refine brand performance, ensuring continuous improvement. Developing and executing launch plans for new products, services, and key brand initiatives.
