Our client is a leading player in their industry and requires a suitably qualified candidate to complement their team of engineers. The role requires an individual with a strong hydraulics and systems engineering background. The right candidate will be a 'time served' engineer with good knowledge of hydraulic systems and the ability to work on hydraulic systems across a wide range of industrial markets predominantly in the UK.
Role
1. Working in-house and on-site to suit business needs
2. Hydraulic Power Unit and systems assembly
3. Hydraulic pipework manufacture and assembly
4. Testing of finished components
5. In-house hydraulic repair work on a variety of components including hydraulic cylinder repair
6. A knowledge of general fabrication and welding (TIG and MIG) would be an advantage but not essential
7. A knowledge of electrical control systems and PLCs would be an advantage but not essential
8. On-site service and installation work throughout the UK
9. Observe and adhere to company health and safety guidelines and contribute to a healthy and safe working environment
Salary: £32-£35k + company benefits
