Role: HR Manager.
Location: Overlooking three sites (based in Cannock with travels to Wolverhampton and South wales)
Salary: up to £56,500
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Reporting to Global VP of HR and UK site managers.
Working Hours:
38 hrs weeks 8.00 – 16.30 Mon- Thu)
8.00 – 14.00 Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
·To ensure that the company processes are compliant with employment regulations and that all personnel act in line with company policies.
·To manage the HR department ensuring that all UK locations are aligned.
·Supporting current staff by dealing with employee grievances or conflicts.
·To ensure the smooth and cost-efficient recruitment for open vacancies
·Ensure that the personal development and training of the workforce is maintained.
Requirements:
·Proven min 3 years’ experience within a HR role.
·CIPD Level 5 >
·A solid understanding of the key principles of employment law.
·Excellent knowledge of HR related software programs.
·Excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly at all levels.
·Ability to work under pressure and offer support to others in a discreet trustworthy manner.
·The ability to remain calm in stressful situations including disciplinary hearings or staff conflicts.
