Our Branding and Packaging Department buzzes with activity all day long as one of our biggest and fastest-growing teams. You'll join an atmosphere where people thrive on the fast pace of the retail sector. You will be responsible for line managing an overarching large team of around 17 employees. With your high standards, exceptional organisational skills, and impeccable attention to detail you will play a key role in supporting the performance of your department. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, KPI driven, and excellent multi-tasking skills!

What you'll do
Lead and develop a team of 1 Manager and 4 Assistant Team Managers, as well as have overarching responsibility for a team of around 17
Develop your team members to achieve their full potential
Support the team with projects and processes
Play a key role in developing new processes and ways of working
Planning and scheduling workload across the team
Ensure highest quality of work across the team
Liaising with internal teams such as Buying, Food Promotions, Marketing and International
Being the escalation point and helping the team to solve problems
Establish and embed KPIs for the team and ensure these are understood and met or exceeded.
Report and analyse data
What you'll need
Experience as a line manager is essential
Ideally you will have experience managing and developing a large team
People focused with an interest in developing teams
Deadline driven and able to work in a fast paced, changing environment
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle conflict effectively
Highly organised, able to multitask and work to targets and strict deadlines
A high degree of adaptability
Positive can-do attitude
Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with colleagues across all levels of the business
Ability to analyse data and run reports
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience within Branding and Packaging is advantageous but not essential.
German language skills are desirable
