To support with our functions continued growth, we are seeking a talented Senior Test Analyst to join our team.
This role will give you the opportunity to play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our software solutions, and you will be responsible for conducting thorough testing and analysis to identify any issues ensuring the software meets the necessary standards and compliance.
About the role
1. Collaborate with the analysis and development teams to design and execute robust test cases and scenarios.
2. Conduct functional and non-functional testing to identify defects and analyse their root causes.
3. Develop, maintain, and execute automated testing scripts and frameworks.
4. Perform regression testing to ensure that enhancements and fixes do not impact existing functionality.
5. Create comprehensive test plans and reports to document testing procedures and results.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that testing aligns with business objectives.
7. Participate in the design and implementation of software quality assurance methodologies and processes.
About you
8. Proven experience in software testing, preferably in the financial services industry (desirable but not essential as training will be provided).
9. Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
10. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
11. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional team and manage stakeholder conversations.
