About the role:
1. Support the collation and submission of statistical data and information that ensures the service operates within contractual requirements and enables timely and accurate reporting to all external and internal stakeholders.
2. Be responsible for maintaining and updating local and central databases and provide timely and accurate data and information.
3. Record data and information in order that the service operates within contractual, administrative and financial requirements.
4. Administrate petty cash management, ordering of supplies, invoicing, telephone and reception duties, building management, support of telecommunication and IT systems to ensure that substance users consistently receive high quality services.
5. Act as a point of contact and co-ordinate all tradesmen attending to building management and maintenance issues.
6. Be the main port of call for all data relating matters as well as undertake regular and ad hoc requests from the Services Manager/Regional Data Co-ordinator, London Data Manager, and other CGL Senior Management
7. Manage an electronic filing system to ensure that client data and information are kept in an orderly and accessible manner (CRiiS)
About you:
8. Knowledge and experience of general office procedure and administrative duties
9. IT literacy including proficiency in data collection systems (eg. NDTMS, Public health
10. Expertise in working with WORD, EXCEL, and ACCESS IT packages
11. Experience of maintaining data bases and other data management systems
12. Show a capacity to work alone and the ability to keep calm under pressure
13. Employ an empathetic and non-judgmental attitude towards service users
