Elite Personnel, on behalf of our esteemed client, is looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to join their finance team on a temporary basis with a potential to go permanent.
This role is essential in ensuring accurate and timely processing of subcontractor and invoices.
If you have a keen eye for detail, experience with subcontractor ledgers, and can maintain a professional approach under pressure, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Duties will include but not be limited to the following:
Processing invoices
Producing statements
Processing payment runs
Responding to enquiries
Key Skills: Accounts Administrator
Strong experience with subcontractor ledgers and VAT requirements.
Excellent prioritisation and time management skills.
Methodical and detail-oriented approach to meet tight deadlines.
Self-motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
