Brook Street Social Care is excited to be working with a leading organisation dedicated to supporting disadvantaged communities in the Midlands. They are looking for a Homeless Outreach Worker to join their team and make a real impact in the lives of those experiencing homelessness.
What you'll be doing:
1. Out on the streets: You'll be the friendly face connecting with individuals experiencing homelessness, building trust and offering support.
2. Encouraging change: You'll work to motivate individuals to access safe, secure accommodation and build a better future.
3. Person-centred care: You'll be delivering tailored support to meet each individual's unique needs.
4. Early hours and late evenings: You'll be working flexible hours, including early mornings and late evenings, to reach those who need you most.
5. Team player: You'll be collaborating with a dedicated team to ensure everyone receives the best possible care.
