Forrest Recruitment LTD are currently working with a client in the care sector who are recruiting a Temporary Receptionist to join their team. This role requires an Enhanced DBS. You will work closely alongside the Office Manager;
Role responsibilities include:
1. Meeting and greeting visitors and assisting them with the computerised office sign in process.
2. Answering incoming calls and transferring them to the correct corresponding teams.
3. Liaising with staff members vis Teams to notify them of calls and visitors.
4. Preparing refreshments for visitors upon arrival.
5. Transcribing/typing of basic documents.
6. General administrative support, including scanning and filing.
7. Working Monday – Wednesday – 9am – 5pm.
