We are looking for a Carpenter with Multi Trade skills in the Worthing area working between Worthing and Lancer for a highly established company within the social housing sector. This position is working on the maintenance team, within domestic void properties.
The Carpenter will be responsible for:
* Carpentry
* Working within void properties
* Basic plumbing
* Patch plastering
* Working as part of a team of 16 operatives
The successful Carpenter will:
* Have full UK driving license
* Have access to their own van
* Have 5 years of carpentry experience
* Have prior social housing experience
