SEMH School is a specialised educational institution catering to students aged 11-16.
Job Duties:
1. Plan and deliver engaging English lessons to secondary school students
2. Assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback and support
3. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
4. Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and teaching strategies
5. Participate in school events and meetings
Required Qualifications:
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
7. Degree in English or related field
8. Experience working with secondary school students

14. Experience working with students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
Working Conditions:
The role involves working full-time hours within a secondary school setting in Harlow, Essex. The successful candidate will be expected to adhere to the school's policies and procedures and actively contribute to the school community.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
