About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in East Grinstead. This is a full-time position aimed at inspiring students to develop a passion for mathematics while achieving their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and dynamic mathematics lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum and departmental standards.
Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential in mathematics.
Monitor and track student progress, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
Participate actively in departmental meetings, CPD opportunities, and whole-school activities.
Support the school's ethos by contributing to the broader educational experience of students.Essential Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
A degree in Mathematics or a related field.
Proven experience teaching mathematics at the secondary level.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.Desirable Skills:
Experience teaching A-level Mathematics.
Familiarity with the latest developments in mathematics education.
