Reporting to the Director Cement Commercial UK, you will provide professional administrative and back-office support to the Cement Commercial & Technical team. Also working closely with commercial administration and commercial support manager your main accountabilities will be:
* Management and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
* Issuing and tracking of customer quotations.
* Administration and pricing of cement bulk bag and cash sale enquiries.
* Customer contact data management including market mapping, competitor activities and NPS contacts.
* Maintenance of product information and marketing materials on customer information hubs (packed cement).
* Complaint logging & tracking.
Licences and Qualifications
* You should have relevant exposure in a related sector/business giving general business and administration support, providing a professional and efficient service experience.
* Experience in process design and efficiency.
* Strong IT skills including experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SAP, Microsoft Office and Power BI.
* Possess strong inter-personal skills to build long-lasting relationships, communicating well at all levels.
