As HR Business Partner, you will be instrumental in this organisation, who is shaping the future of groundbreaking medicines for patients with serious and rare diseases.
In this pivotal position, you will collaborate closely with leaders and employees across the Cambridge site, fostering engagement and productivity while serving as a vital link to HR colleagues at other locations. You will lead Talent Acquisition efforts, designing and implementing strategies to attract, recruit, and onboard top talent - optimising the process to be faster, more efficient, and cost-effective.
Your expertise will be key in driving core HR functions, including workforce planning, talent management, professional development, organisational development, performance management, change management, and employee relations - ensuring that teams are well-supported and empowered to thrive.
This newly created office-based role is located in South Cambridge, supporting a team of around 50 employees and offering a salary of £50,000 - £60,000.
A standalone role, we are seeking:
* An experienced HR professional who is adept at covering all aspects of HR, from administration to HR generalist responsibilities and talent management.
* Someone with a strong background in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry.
* An adaptable, hands-on individual who is highly organised.
