Job Title: SEN Tutor
Location: South East England, Oxfordshire, Banbury
Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour

Job Duties:
As an SEN (Special Educational Needs) Tutor, you will be responsible for providing tailored educational support to students with special needs. This includes creating individualised learning plans, delivering lessons in line with the curriculum, and adapting teaching methods to suit the specific needs of each student.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience working with students with special educational needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in a teaching or tutoring role, preferably with SEN students
- Understanding of SEN regulations and best practises
- Ability to create engaging and inclusive learning materials
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Patience and empathy when working with students with diverse needs
Working Conditions:
- Part-time, temporary position
- Flexible working hours
- Work primarily in a school or educational setting
- Collaborate with school staff and parents to support student progress

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
