Job Role: Account Manager/Surveyor

As the Account Manager/Surveyor, you will act as the "Company Ambassador," working closely with others to foster and enhance client relationships, drive sales, and identify new business opportunities.

At least 2 years of experience in the drainage/plumbing industry is required. Specific skills and experience should be brought to the role to meet the following responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
Handle multiple clients simultaneously, often under tight deadlines
Conduct site surveys and meetings with clients
Prepare and submit quotations and reports
Identify opportunities for growth with existing clients
Explore and pursue new business opportunities and sales
Communicate client needs and expectations within the company
Manage client projects, ensuring alignment with both client and company goals
Work closely with the sales team to approach potential clients
Collaborate with the operations team to manage planned work from initiation to completion
Participate in a telephone rota to provide technical advice to in-house engineers, currently every six weeksCore Requirements and Skills:
Proven background in drainage, plumbing, construction, or a similar field. A passion for buildings or mechanical systems is advantageous
General educational qualifications with proficiency in IT for composing professional emails and reports. Familiarity with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is helpful
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
A full driving license is mandatory due to site visits
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
