Pay: £32,000-£41,000 pro rata
NonStop's client, based in the East Midlands, is looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join their independent fostering agency on a part time, permanent basis.
This role will focus on finding creative ways to recruit new foster carers and then bringing them through assessment. You would play a key role in supporting the placements team and helping develop the service.

Only hold a small caseload when there is not an assessment assignedResponsibilities:
Recruit, assess, and train new foster carers across the East Midlands
Manage a small caseload of carers when there are no assessments assigned
Build lasting and positive relationships in order to provide the best outcome for childrenRequirements:
Registration with Social work England (SWE)
Driver-willingness to travel
Knowledge of relevant legislation
