* Conduct staff appraisals
The Successful Applicant
* Experience working as a Senior HR Officer or HR Manager
* CIPD Level 5 qualified
* Highly organised
* Great communication skills
* Can work in a stand-alone role
* Resilient
* Confident and approachable
* Can commute to West Bromwich
