An exciting opportunity for an experienced Client Manager to be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation based in Waterlooville, Hampshire.

Duties will include:
• To coach, train, develop and lead their team (4-5 direct reports).
• To provide leadership and role-modelled behaviour (to our company values) to the accountancy team.
• To perform relevant employees 1-2-1 meetings for a section of the accounting team.
• To perform return to work interviews.
• To support the Accountancy Manager with planning and monitoring the performance of the accountancy team’s key
performance measures e.g., weekly stats, timesheets etc.
• To support the Accountancy Manager in developing internal systems and controls to ensure standards are met to
support our company values as required.
• To support the recruitment and interview process with the Recruitment Lead as required.
• To manage the process of (and where required, directly carry out) preparing, sending and submitting accounts & tax
returns for a portfolio of clients, including Sole Traders, Partnerships and Limited Companies.
