3. Leading and managing the recovery team within the Collections department
4. Developing and implementing strategic recovery plans.
5. Identifying and mitigating potential financial risks.
6. Engaging with clients and stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of recovery processes.
7. Providing regular reports and updates to senior management.
8. Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
9. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Recoveries Manager should have:
11. An educational background in Credit, Finance, collections and recoveries
12. Proven experience in financial recovery processes and management roles.
13. Strong understanding of Financial Services industry and its regulations.
