Job summary
Midgley Ward is looking for a Band 2 Ward Clerk/Admin Support worker for hrs per week.
We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, adaptable and dynamic person to work alongside our current ward clerk, supporting a well-established team.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to work flexibly in a busy environment, work collaboratively with the Team and other areas within the hospital. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a good sense of humour are essential for this role.

Main duties of the job
To provide general administrative support and assist in maintaining a high standard of record keeping within Respiratory. To ensure required documentation is sent to all agencies in a timely way.
To act with professionalism and integrity, being a role model to those around us and ensuring everyone has an equal opportunity
To provide a service that is tailored to meet the needs of the individual and to understand what our patients/customers need and be adaptable and responsive
