Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Make and receive calls relating to application forms and vacancies throughout the region
* Advertise all vacancies on internal and external job boards and refresh regularly via our ATS System
* Respond to all new applications made via our ATS System
* Sift and forward CVs to Hiring Managers in line with the requirements of the role and job description
* Arrange and send out correspondence to candidates for interviews
* Liaise with Service Managers & employees to ensure the receipt of the correct Right to Work and DBS documentation within specified timescales
* Request and chase references verbally and via the ATS System
* Ensure full compliance of files for new starters prior to offering and confirming start dates
* Upon receipt of a DBS, ensure it is documented and filed quickly, retaining it in line with Data Protection regulations
* Update and maintain a Resourcing tracker, reviewed daily
* Update Hiring Managers on the progress of all candidates throughout the onboarding stage regularly
* Ensure all services are issued with accurate, compliant pro-formas
* Liaise with managers and employees regarding any Resourcing issues and resolve them in a timely manner
* Communicate and escalate any issues or changes
* Participate in team meetings and undertake training as required
* Undertake any other administrative duties appropriate to the post
* Responsible for own Health & Safety and ensure a safe working environment for colleagues
* Attend supervision meetings with your manager and participate in the organisation's staff appraisal system
* Attend Service Visits as required
* Maintain confidentiality at all times
The Successful Candidate for the role will have:
Clear and confident communication skills, a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook, good typing skills, and a keen eye for detail while maintaining confidentiality.
