Talent Acquisition Program Coordinator – Global Tech

As a Talent Program Specialist, you’ll shape the employee experience from onboarding through impactful program management. * Location: Remote UK
* Contract: 9 months
* Salary: £65,000 - £73,000 pa
Key Responsibilities:
* Program Management: Provide ongoing support to program participants, handling queries and escalations both pre-start and throughout the program.
* Participant Communication: Manage communications, set up pre-start groups, and deliver core messaging.
* Onboarding Coordination: Oversee start-date confirmation, right-to-work processes, and work with supply chain teams to ensure tech deployment.
* Event Planning: Organize and execute participant events, handling venue booking, catering, budget management, and logistics.
* Mentorship & Engagement: Manage mentorship programs, facilitating communication and engagement.
* Collaboration: Build relationships with cross-functional partners (Recruiting, HR, etc.), troubleshoot issues, and provide updates to the broader team.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years in program management within recruiting, or coordination.
* Exceptional organization and communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities, able to handle ambiguity.
* Event planning and execution experience.
* Good to have: Background in University Recruiting or Diversity Programs.
