Luton Hoo Hotel is an iconic, luxury and historical 5-star hotel boasting incredible facilities situated in luxurious greenery.
Offering an outstanding space for Meeting and Events both capable of hosting corporate and leisure, we require the expert knowledge and competency of an experienced individual from the luxury space, who is self-motivated and proactive to bring in business.
Much of the role will be out on sites, visiting agents and pitching services.
Success within this role, requires an individual to know our brand inside out and immerse their own individuality into the sales cycle to continue our existing client retention and turnover over new business.
Important – You must have a car and be able to drive to be successful within this role.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Working towards all hotel revenue stream targets albeit with various pre agreed contribution targets.
• Delivering sales strategies and activities as agreed in the budget and sales plan and as directed by Line Manager.
• Developing account animation plans.
• Researching potential new accounts, conducting telesales calls, carrying out face to face appointments and demonstrating non face to face sales activity.
• Creating and managing effective relationships with any brand partner sale / key account teams.
• Becoming conversant with appropriate brand standards and brand tools relating to sales activity.
• Coordinating customer relationships to ensure new sales opportunities are maximised, encourage repeat business and generally promote the wider Arora collection of hotels.
• Executing and communicating to customers and the market, Arora Group and relevant Brand marketing initiatives and promotions.
• Use public relations, marketing and social media resources and tools to improve sales effectiveness.
