For the successful Sales Administrator our client is offering:
1. £25,000 per annum
2. Monday to Friday Mon – Thur 0830 – 1700 (40 mins unpaid lunch break), and Friday 0830- 1230.
3. Permanent Position

The role Sales Administrator :
5. Deliver the Sales Administration process for the business; receiving customer orders and populating all relevant customer and order details into the business system.
6. Process customer purchase orders, raise sales orders and associated works orders, and raise invoices and credit notes as required.
7. May support the estimating process for new enquiries including receiving and recording customer enquiries, and passing requests for estimates to the appropriate team(s) within the business.
8. May be required to prepare and deliver some customer quotations to a professional standard using established price book or price lists, or from cost estimates provided by the business.
9. Ensure necessary records and data are retained and appropriately filed in relation to customer quotations and orders.
10. Receive, qualify and resolve customer complaints, referring to the appropriate function within the business as required.
11. Identify areas of concern or for improvement, including making recommendations to reduce costs, improve customer satisfaction, or increase overall efficiency of the sales process.
What our client is looking for in a Sales Administrator:
12. Prior experience in an administrative or customer services role, ideally in an engineering or manufacturing environment - ESSENTIAL
13. High standards of professionalism and attention to detail.
14. Good understanding of the sales process including how sales are administered within a business from customer order to invoicing and payment - ESSENTIAL
15. MRP experience or using a CRM - DESIRABLE
16. Ability to communicate effectively within the organization both informally and formally through appropriate methods, including a good standard of written and verbal communications.
17. Flexibility in undertaking a broad range of administrative tasks as required to support the business.
18. Good time and priority management skills.
19. Experience using Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
