* Ensure the highest standards of quality and service are maintained.
* Control food wastage and maintain strict food hygiene controls.
* Support, train and develop the kitchen team.
* Monitor and compare local competitors' food operations.
About the Role:
The Junior Sous Chef will assist in the day-to-day management, preparation and service of all food within the hotel.
They will ensure that the highest standards of quality and service are maintained and that strict food hygiene controls are upheld in all kitchen areas.
