Job title: HR Manager
Location: Bristol
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 DOE
Our client is a specialist manufacturer of high-complex tolerance components in the Aerospace Engineering field, with extensive machining capabilities allowing this business to take on the toughest aerospace engineering challenges.
Responsibilities for the HR Manager
1. Responsible for ERP/HR Systems and upgrades
2. Continuously improving the current HR infrastructure
3. Leading disciplinary and absence/RTW processes
4. Writing and submission of offer letters, contracts and resignation/termination documentation
5. Management of the employee benefits and portals
6. Daily internal and external liaison/booking for transport and business trips
7. Public affairs and external communications
8. Assisting with other ad hoc HR projects as and when required
Essential skills, knowledge and experience required for the HR Manager
1. 3 years + HR Experience
2. Experience using ERP/HR Systems
3. Strong communication skills and strong work ethics
