JewelleryMaker is a live shopping television and ecommerce brand that is focused on selling and showcasing the very best bespoke and developed Jewellery Making product with a focus on genuine gemstones. Daily demonstrations are at the core of everything that Jewellery Maker do and these are broadcast on all television platforms (Freeview, Sky & Freesat) as well as across our social channels (Facebook, Instagram & TikTok).
We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Floor Manger to produce live TV for the growing Gemporia Craft side of the business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for Flooring up to 8 hours of Live TV every day on Jewellery Maker, Sewing Street and Hobby Maker.
You will be working collaboratively with our Directors, Producers and Presenting team, often working in a high-pressured environment. Time management and attention to detail are essential in this role.
This is a fast-paced business with a pivotal focus on what our current, potential, and future customers want and need. Adaptability and problem solving would be crucial for successful candidates.
Candidates will be required to command excellent communication and organisational skills, work well within an existing team structure and have a proven ability to learn new skills and a passion for producing high quality output.
Role duties:
Create high quality and engaging TV
Organising the studio
Work closely with the Director, Producer and presenter to ensure the best possible output
Stock management and picking stock for the shows
Stock room organisation
Working closely with suppliers to ensure we have product for the show
Ensure that product displays looks profession and to a high standard at all times
The ability to manage and prioritise workload in an effective manner
Use initiative to step in where necessary
Strong social skills & confidence in approaching and working closely with Presenters & Guests
Develop ideas and have a strong creative vison
Experience:
Experience in TV studio work preferable
Proficiency using Excel and Microsoft Outlook

Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written and verbal.

This role is based on an 8 day fortnight working shift pattern which is 3 days in one week and 5 days in the next and included working weekends – 32 paid hours per week
Salary £21,132 per annum
