Main Responsibilities
* Answer inbound queries from customers across multiple campaigns, including phone, email, and live chat
* Make outbound calls to customers to assist them with their queries
* Strive to achieve first point of contact resolution where possible
* Handle various administrative tasks assigned by your line manager
* Work within set KPIs
