Due to our continued growth we are now recruiting for a Sales Director – Digital Services & Solutions to be based at our office in Warwick .
The Role:
An exciting opportunity to be responsible for building Tata Technologies digital business by securing new customers and projects. Tata Technologies provides PLM, SAP and MES solutions and services to the automotive and manufacturing sector. It is within this domain that you would meet with new customers across the territory of UK & Europe to secure new opportunities in the Automotive and Manufacturing sectors (excluding Aerospace and heavy machinery).
Area of Responsibility
·Create a healthy pipeline of opportunities for PLM, SAP and MES requirements from new logos
·Win new business in the above areas
·Minimum new business from new logos should be $1.0m revenue recognition and $1.5m of order booking
·Should manage accounts till it is around $2.5m before handing them over to an account manager.
·Leverage existing global customer relationships to grow the business footprint and help build new relationships with influencers and decision-makers at all levels.
·Be the brand ambassador for Tata Technologies in the region and actively engage with local ecosystem of partners, advisors, influencers to generate new opportunities and drive growth
·Create plans to drive sales pursuits and ABM initiatives for targeted must have accounts (MHA)
·Plan, build, & implement pursuit strategy to achieve sales targets for the individual target accounts.
·Work Collaboratively with own sales, delivery and practice teams to develop and implement the strategy to meet growth targets including assisting with putting the building blocks as necessary.
·Engage with decision-makers, lead technical, commercial negotiations for deal and contract closures
Knowledge / Experience
·Significant demonstrable sales experience in digital sales
·Experience must include new business development experience in PLM and SAP/MES
·Good knowledge of TeamCenter and/or Dassault 3DS PLM systems
·Experience of selling SAP and/or MES solutions
·Experience in the Automotive domain would be preferable
·Experience of selling in the UK
·Additional experience of selling to Nordics and European customers (Sweden, BeNeLux, France and Italy).
