Treasury Team Leader – Back Office
• Location: Frimley, Surrey
• Function: EMEA Shared Service Centre (SSC)
Overview:
About the role
As part of the EMEA SSC, you will report to the Head of Treasury with the purpose to ensure that the team provide high quality customer focused treasury services. This is a key role, requiring proven strong leadership skills with the ability to manage the delivery of Treasury services in the most collaborative and mutually beneficial manner.
About the Team/Department
The Treasury function consists of 2 teams covering the Front and Back office to allow for segregation of duties (SOD).
Responsibilities:
1. Management and development of the IHC/Back office Team
2. Oversee the inhouse cash centre and strive for growth
3. Manage IHC exposures to mitigate FX risk and minimise FX gains/losses
4. Manage the loan portfolio
5. Responsible for the Back-office function ensuring adherence to controls
6. Cashflow and FX forecasting
7. FEBA and bank account management
8. Audit and SOARs compliance
Experience you’ll bring:
9. Proven Team Leadership experience
10. Well-rounded knowledge of both Treasury & Banking – ideally from a corporate Treasury background
11. Experience of driving a culture of trust within your team and developing team members’ skills and capabilities through ongoing developmental coaching & feedback
