Construction Planner
Our client, a Principle Contractor and Developer with a strong reputation for for delivering high-quality projects across multiple sectors, including residential, industrial, commercial, and retail, are seeking an experienced Construction Planner to join their team.
As the Construction Planner, you will be responsible for managing the planning and coordination of construction projects, ensuring accurate tender submissions, and developing project programmes, logistics plans, and method statements.

Responsibilities
Review tender documents and address any queries with the Client's advisers
Coordinate contract documentation issues with the Commercial Director and Legal Representative
Attend bid launch meetings and agree on tender deliverable with the Bid Team
Develop method statements, logistics plans, programmes, and preliminary documents for projects
Provide tender support by obtaining quotes for preliminary needs from the supply chain
Organise mid-tender meetings with subcontractors and suppliers to align on critical path operations
Build strong client relationships to install confidence in the company
Lead internal preliminaries meetings and present to senior management
Participate in risk meetings, addressing pricing and programme risks
