Customer Service Representative - St Ives, Cambridgeshire

We are working on behalf of the client in recruiting a multiple full time Customer Service Representatives.
We have maternity (part time, 10hrs per week) and full time customer service roles, ongoing roles available within the administration department.
General Duties for Customer Service Representative:
* Receiving inbound calls
* Resolving queries and complaints
* Excel skills
* Office skills
* Word skills
* Advantageous to have credit and invoicing experience
* Advantageous to have purchasing experience
* Advantageous to have experience with invoices & quotes
* Updating database
Pay and hours for a Customer Service Representative:
* £11.50 to £12.78
* Overtime at time and half
* 08.30 to 17.00pm, 1 hour lunch
* Monday to Friday
* 37.5 hours per week
* 33 days holiday per year
