Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform assembly tasks with precision and attention to detail.
2. Follow work instructions to assemble parts.
3. Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet standards.
4. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
5. Maintain accurate records of production activities.
6. Assist in fixing machinery as needed.
7. Change machine settings as required for production.
Requirements:
8. Experience as a machine minder/setter is essential.
9. Previous experience in assembly or production preferred.
10. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
