Responsibilities
& Duties:
1. Manage and inspect plant as it’s returned to depot, for condition, damage, cleanliness etc with an eye for detail.
2. Prepare, install and handover complex machinery, plant and equipment.
3. Conduct regular servicing on machinery, plant and equipment as assigned to you.
4. Diagnose and repair of complex faults in machinery, plant and equipment.
5. Conduct repairs of machinery, plant and equipment, and their components.
6. Conducting inspections and the compilation of machinery condition reports
7. Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and efficient workshop.
8. Record information digitally, including photographs
Plant Technician / PDI Fitter Experience/Skills:
9. Knowledge that would be acquired through education to NVQ3 equivalent.
10. CSCS
11. Preferably 3 years experience in similar role
Package:
12. Rates open to discussion
13. 39-hour STD week
14. 45 hours working week.
15. Time and a half any hours over 39hours.
16. Double time Sundays.
17. 30 days holiday + other Murphy benefits
