Office Angels are working with a leading company with the recruit of Administrator to join their service department. If you are looking to join a friendly, fast paced team then this could be the perfect role for you.
Role: Administrator
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm
Contract: Permanent
Location: Sheffield | On site parking
Salary: £23,pa, increasing to £25,pa after 6 months + 33 days holiday, progression opportunities & free parking
Duties -
1. Answering and handling calls within the service department
2. Liaising with customers, logging breakdowns and dealing with queries
3. Liaising and support Service Engineers
4. Scheduling workloads for Service Engineers
5. Assist with planning and organising routine service tests
6. Planning and arranging parts for service visits
7. Identifying required parts for service visits
Experience:
8. Strong customer service & administration skills are required
9. Previous experience working in a Service department would be an advantage
10. Good communication & organisation skills
