On behalf of an international client, we are looking for a Norwegian speaking Customer Service Representative to join their new team. The client has offices in Daventry and Basildon, and it is required that you can commute to either of these offices on a hybrid basis, 2 days per week. In this role, you will be providing an outstanding customer experience and will aim to resolve customers' queries at the first point of contact.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Handling inbound customer enquiries across various channels, including telephone, email, and chat.
2. Taking ownership of an issue and following it through to a solution where the customer is satisfied.
3. Escalating enquiries to senior colleagues when appropriate.
4. Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.
About you:
The ideal candidate will be a reliable, customer-oriented individual who has a positive can-do attitude with excellent Norwegian language skills. For this role, it is important that you can handle enquiries for customers and can stay calm in challenging situations. You will be required to work from the Daventry or Basildon office twice per week and will be part of a friendly, multilingual team. Profile:
1. Required to be fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
2. Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Advisor, Client Service Executive, Customer Support Specialist, or Customer Care Coordinator.
3. Able to demonstrate patience and compassion to customers.
4. Have the ability to remain calm and professional in difficult and challenging situations.
5. Excellent listening and communication skills.
6. Team player who enjoys interacting with people.
7. Able to commute to Daventry or Basildon.
