Our client, a professional services firm in Huddersfield, is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their closely-knit HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, with a short-term view of becoming the HR Manager. Based in Huddersfield but our client is happy to consider full time and part time candidates, as well as offer flexible working.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing HR advice and support to employees and managers.
2. Managing the recruitment process, including job postings, screening applications, and conducting interviews.
3. Assisting with employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling.
4. Managing HR administration tasks, such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with employment law.
