Finance Manager
Abergavenny, Monmouthshire (Hybrid 3 days p/w)
£60-65,000 + bonus + bens
Based in Abergavenny, our client, a dynamic subsidiary of an innovative multinational corporate, is looking for a Finance Manager in their UK Head Office, working on a hybrid basis (3 days p/w)
Reporting to the Financial Controller the Finance Manager will be responsible for producing the monthly management reporting, quarterly VAT and annual statutory accounts and managing audit requirement.
Duties will include:
1. Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company, supporting the Financial Controller
2. Preparation and reporting of weekly cash flow forecast
3. Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
4. Prepare and deliver timely analysis of key business reporting
5. Monthly review and preparation of accounting entries for payroll
6. Prepare and report monthly tax calculations to corporate under UK and USGAAP
7. Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are prepared on a monthly basis, all balances correct and differences investigated
8. Oversee the management of the fixed asset register, ensuring complete and accurate reporting
9. Prepare and submit quarterly and annual VAT returns
10. Prepare year end statutory accounts under UKGAAP (FRS 101 & 102)
