Job Title: Operations Administrator
Location: Ford End, Chelmsford

Our client, a well-established and forward-thinking organisation in the farming and rural property industry, is seeking an Operations Administrator to join their team in Chelmsford.
As an Operations Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Operations Team in managing records, producing reports, and ensuring the overall efficiency of the organisation. This is a full-time, position that requires a good understanding of Word and Excel packages. Previous experience using Landapp or other mapping software would be advantageous, although full in-house training will be provided for our farm management systems.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and reconcile records
2. Produce detailed reports and analysis
3. Utilise Landapp to produce maps and maintain accurate ownership records
4. Prepare appraisals and presentations for investor meetings
5. Provide administrative support to the Operations team
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
6. A background or understanding of agriculture
7. Experience using Landapp or similar mapping software
8. Strong competency in Microsoft Excel
9. Excellent organisational and time management skills
10. Attention to detail and a proactive approach
11. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
12. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
13. A full driving licence and your own transport
