We have an exciting opportunity for a Business & Data Manager to join the team at HMP Leeds, a category B male prison located in Leeds city centre. We have a free onsite car park, as well as excellent public transport links.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the entire Admin function, including the Admin Team Manager, plus 6 Admin staff. This role would be perfect for a data focussed individual, with a keen eye for detail who wants to move into management, or build on their experience of leading a team! Hours: This is a full time role, working hours per week. Shifts are Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00. Salary: This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary of between £34,500 - £38,500 per annum - depending on experience. How will we support you?

Main duties of the job
As our new Business & Data Manager, your responsibilities will include:
1. Having responsibility for the entire Admin function onsite providing line management and leadership to the team
2. Be a key part of the onsite Senior Leadership Team (SLT)
3. Ensure that services are being delivered efficiently and effectively, to the highest possible standard
4. Be responsible for data and reporting for the healthcare team using SystmOne and Excel
5. Manage effective, patient centred services, including clinical administration
6. Work with other service lines, including Primary Care, Substance Misuse and Mental Health
7. Supporting the Head of Healthcare as necessary

Our new Business & Data Manager will ideally have:
19. Previous management or leadership experience - this isn't essential, although experience managing a team would be beneficial
20. A passion for all things data - data is a day to day part of this role, so you must be used to working with large quantities of data and reporting on this
21. The ability to delegate effectively
22. Any experience using SystmOne would be beneficial
23. Good IT skills, including MS Office
