This pivotal role will oversee the management of our marketing team and ensure the seamless execution of key deliverables, including award submissions, tender writing, lead generation marketing, SEO strategies, and brand development.

Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Execution Develop and implement an innovative digital marketing strategy that supports Arke's business objectives and generates a measurable return on investment.
Establish performance targets aligned with lead generation and brand awareness goals, providing regular updates to the senior management team.
Manage the creation and optimisation of SEO- and UX-focused content for the agency's website to enhance online visibility and attract qualified leads.
Maintain and optimise Arke’s profiles on key agency listing platforms with updated case studies, awards, and client testimonials to improve rankings and lead generation.
Secure coverage in industry publications and news outlets through press releases, opinion pieces, and project highlights, positioning Arke as a thought leader and showcasing expertise.
Develop and manage partnerships with leading industry bodies (e.g., DAN, IPA), securing opportunities for awards, accreditations, events, and collaborative initiatives to enhance Arke’s credibility and visibility.
Brand Ownership & Growth Be the guardian of Arke’s brand, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all materials and platforms.
Act as a brand ambassador, representing Arke at industry events and positioning the agency as a leader in marketing innovation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of client marketing strategies that align with Arke’s core values and vision.
Plan, promote, and run Arke-hosted webinars and events aimed at driving new business leads, showcasing thought leadership, and engaging existing clients.
Management of People and Resources Build high-quality working relationships with your team, offering a mix of support, development, and performance management to enable peak performance.
Recruit and manage a team per Arke’s processes, ensuring alignment with the company’s values.
Adopt a management style in line with Arke’s policies, facilitating effective communication and ensuring all required processes, such as inductions, Personal Development Plans (PDPs), and regular one-to-ones, are maintained.
Utilise systems for the benefit of the team, management, and leadership, contributing to effective communication across the company.
Manage project and business performance through meticulous planning, coordination, execution, evaluation, and communication.
Lead Generation & Reporting Develop and execute lead-generation marketing activities, using analytics to optimise campaigns and ensure a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
Regularly report on marketing performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals and demonstrating return on investment.
Tender Writing & Awards Strategy Oversee the end-to-end tender writing process, including sourcing opportunities, crafting proposals, and submitting high-quality bids.
Plan and execute a successful awards strategy, identifying relevant opportunities to showcase Arke’s expertise and secure industry recognition across services and business areas.
