Our client who is a global leader in the hotel and leisure sector, who is looking to recruit a Sales Coordinator on 12-month contract, paying up to £40,000. The role is based in Windsor during your training period and then will go fully remote.
This role provides consistently executed support to Global Sales Team.
What is expected of the Sales Coordinator?
1. Manage lead processes, analyse transaction reports, and highlight to Account Directors re-prospecting opportunities.
2. Support Sellers with channel leads; managing pipeline and conversion
3. Support the total account management culture to drive new business & business development opportunities
4. Support Sellers to deliver efficient and effective service to their customer groups
5. Preparation and planning of customer visits and supplier days / workshops meetings
6. Support customer query resolution
7. Provide internal data and customer insights to inform analysis for go to market strategy
8. Support integrated ways of working across Global Sales Team and wider enabling functions for priority processes
9. Capture and refresh pipeline opportunities and accurately record in CRM system
10. Assist with the Request for Pricing (RFP), negotiation and contracting process
11. Support admin tasks in line with the Global Sales efficiency expectations
