Do you have previous Warehouse Admin experience and want to develop your career? Maybe you're looking for a role that can offer variety as well as further training & development?
Working with a busy Logistics team, you will have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects warehousing process, from stock counts to updating customers and everything in between.
This is an office based role and will require a high level of accuracy as you will be looking after bookings, inventory control, customers and supporting warehouse management with claims.
If you have background in warehousing or stock control and would like the opportunity to develop your skills further, then this is an ideal role for you.
The Role:
* Dealing with customer queries
* Ensuring accurate and efficient inventory control, dispatch and goods in processes
* Supporting the Warehouse Management Team in the investigation of claims
* Carrying out initial investigations to establish how receipt/dispatch errors occur and supports with preventative measures where possible.
* Monthly and Annual stock takes.
The Person:
* Must have experience in an administrative role
* Proficient IT skills
* Can communicate clearly and organised approach
* Can provide good customer service with professional telephone manner
* Previous Logistics experience would be advantageous
