What Will I Be Doing?
As Account Manager you will be looking after existing and new potential horticulture growers. The purpose of the role is to maximise sales and profitability through relationship building and maintaining.
Developing a relationship with each customer to understand their needs and become their preferred supplier.
Identify, attract and sell to new customers in existing and new markets.
Plan customer visits and maintain contact with all customers on a regular basis.
What Do I Need?
Ideally you will have the relevant educational and horticultural requirements. It is important that you have knowledge of the young plant or ornamental plants market, whether that is on the sales or growing side.
Advanced Excel skills are a must in this role.
