Job Title : Recruitment Administrator
Location: Belfast City Centre
Salary: 23.5k
Duration: Full Time / Permanent / Office Based

What you'll do:
1. Respond to applicant queries via email and telephone in accordance with relevant policies and procedures;
2. Professionally liaise and communicate with client by telephone and email;
3. Enter, update and maintain information on the recruitment database; and issue relevant correspondence to candidates at each stage of the recruitment process;
4. Support the candidate on-boarding process through the processing of ID, qualification and security checks and the preparation and issuing of job offers;
5. Support the administration of recruitment campaigns through the preparation and management of relevant documentation at each stage;
6. Provide full administrative support (across multiple client sites) in the provision of interviews and assessment centres for candidates;
7. Provide input and feedback to management relating to all resourcing matters;
8. Ensure administrative work is carried out in a timely and effective way to meet SLA's;
9. Be proactive in identifying areas for improvement to processes and services;
10. Support line manager in their role as point of contact with client and customer.
About you:
11. Customer Service experience
12. Knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook
13. General Administrative experience
