Our client seeks an ambitious HR professional to join their team as an Aviation HR Support Specialist. Key Responsibilities:
1. Payroll Management: Collaborate with the HR Manager to oversee European, UK, South African, and US payroll.
2. Benefits Administration: Manage group benefits, including pensions, private medical insurance, life insurance, income protection, and the employee assistance program.
3. Recruitment and Induction: Assist in the administration of recruitment and induction processes, including arranging interviews and following up with candidates and recruiters.
4. Learning and Development: Support the HR Manager with the administration of learning and development initiatives for the group.
5. Policy Development: Assist in updating and developing existing and new policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Proficiency in MS Office applications is essential.
* Experience with HR systems is an advantage.
* Ability to critically analyze data and advise on trends is an advantage.
