This pivotal role requires a strategic and experienced recruitment professional who can partner with senior stakeholders to attract and secure top-tier legal talent. You will play a key role in delivering full-cycle recruitment strategies and supporting initiatives to refine the hiring process, ensuring it aligns with the firm's values and ambitions to remain an employer of choice. Working closely with business leaders, this role will empower hiring managers with the tools, technology, and best practices to elevate recruitment outcomes. The successful candidate will also lead on projects to enhance processes through data insights and AI tools. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Recruitment Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring partners and managers, providing expert guidance on sourcing strategies, market trends, and hiring best practices. Stakeholder Engagement: Build collaborative relationships with internal teams and external vendors to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers. End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. Data-Driven Improvements: Leverage data insights and key metrics to continuously enhance hiring processes and stakeholder experiences. Diversity and Inclusion: Lead direct sourcing efforts to identify and engage passive, diverse talent pools, ensuring alignment with the firm's values. Innovation: Champion AI-driven recruitment tools and frameworks, driving adoption and refinement to improve efficiency, consistency, and fairness in hiring practices. Experience & Skills Required: Ideally at least five years of recruitment experience within the legal sector or a professional services company, including senior-level and strategic recruitment. Proven ability to confidently manage relationships with senior stakeholders, providing commercial and pragmatic hiring advice. Strong analytical skills to interpret metrics and implement insights into recruitment processes. Familiarity with AI-driven recruitment tools is a plus. Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to present ideas and influence decisions effectively.
