Davies are looking to recruit a Planning and Support Administrator to join our Motor
Engineering team in Bolton. Joining Davies as a Planning and Support Administrator means that you’ll be the planning our engineers routes, booking inspections and supporting customers. So, you’ll need to be a great communicator, well organised and dedicated to providing a professional and empathetic service
Key Responsibilities
Dealing with inbound/outbound calls
Arranging inspections with customers
Dealing with queries from customers, insurance companies and repair garages both via e-mail and the telephone.
Data inputting and accepting new jobs onto database
Route planning for field engineers
Ensuring work is performed within SLA
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
A professional and adaptable communication style - both written and verbal;
Efficient administrative skills;
Strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills;
A proactive attitude, and an enthusiastic approach
Previous Insurance Claims experience
