Responsibilities
:
1. Coordinate with key stakeholders to develop and then implement a post-launch live services plan that aligns with our brand and product requirements.
2. Manage the daily work of the cross-discipline F1 liveops team, including running daily meetings, resolving impediments and scheduling work.
3. Work with our product manager and analysts to identify product opportunities and ensure effective reporting of team progress against our goals.
4. Provide regular reporting of LiveOps progress to the wider development team.
5. Collaborate with members of the F1 development team to provide feedback on live service outcomes and ensure that future live service requirements are identified and facto the live service plan.
6. Work with our creative and brand teams to identify new opportunities within the live service phase.
7. Coordinate with relevant members of the test and community teams to ensure that important quality issues are addressed.
Here's what you will need:
8. 2+ years project management experience in the gaming (or equivalent) sector with a cross-discipline team of developers.
9. Experience delivering work through all phases of the software lifecycle.
10. An understanding of measuring results through data and analytics.
11. The ability to handle multiple ongoing streams of work.
12. To have shipped at least 2 software titles in a production role.
